A Farmhouse in the Hamptons

In a bucolic setting near Southampton, a dilapidated farmhouse, built around 1850, had subsequently grown like Topsy. Most people considered it a “tear down,” but my clients wanted to carefully restore and enlarge it. Great attention was paid to details – all designed to blend seamlessly with original wooden beams and wide plank flooring – resulting in rich and layered rooms to showcase warm finishes, paint treatments and an eclectic mix of antique and vintage furnishings.
